The company behind CarExpress
Teamware has been offering high-quality, customised IT solutions for over 30 years. Our portfolio includes digital products such as mobile business apps, customised software and managed service solutions as well as cloud and consulting services.
Our corporate group
In 1991, Dr Thomas Kupec founded the predecessor of today’s Teamware GmbH, which has been successfully selling IT solutions under this name since 1993. In 2005, TeamFON GmbH was founded as a subsidiary specialising in cloud telephony. Teamware Solutions GmbH, formerly TW Soft GmbH, was founded in Ingolstadt in 2011. Its primary focus is on the digitalisation and optimisation of processes, particularly in the automotive and logistics sectors.

Simplify and secure processes. Since our foundation in 1991, our goal has been to help our customers simplify their work processes, make them more secure and thereby improve all our lives. We develop innovations in close collaboration with our customers so that they can realise their full potential.
Our mission at Teamware
We support companies in mastering their day-to-day challenges more easily and efficiently. We optimise existing processes and create customised digital applications. We also offer cloud services as well as customised security and managed service solutions. This enables our customers to concentrate fully on the added value of their tasks and save valuable resources.
